Pricing & Payment

Upfront quotes are provided before work. Taxes and disposal fees may apply. Payment due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

Quotes are based on information available at the time of assessment. Hidden conditions (e.g., corroded lines, code violations) may require change orders.

Accepted methods: major credit/debit cards and e-transfers. Cheques are subject to verification. Late payments may accrue 1.5% monthly interest.

Warranties

Warranty periods vary by service and parts. Improper use or external damage may void warranties.

Labour is warranted for 90 days unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer parts carry their respective warranties; we facilitate claims when feasible.

Warranties exclude customer-supplied parts, force majeure events, pre-existing structural issues, and code non-compliance imposed by third parties.
